One of the aspects I appreciate the most is a hotel's attention to detail in providing amenities such as a kettle, TV, hair dryer, and minibar. Feza Otel excelled in offering these essentials, making my stay extremely comfortable. Its proximity to Medyen, only a 5-minute walk from the center, was a delightful surprise.The reasonable pricing coupled with the excellent service and cleanliness of the rooms truly made Feza Otel a standout choice. Despite the language barrier, the staff's efforts to assist me with a translator were commendable. I had a peaceful night’s sleep, and to extend my stay was a testament to the hotel's quality. Without a doubt, if I find myself back in Trabzon, Feza Otel will be my first choice.
